Studies

KPI and ROI, kept separate.

The KPI study is the 12-week look at physical function for people using Fun & Moving. The ROI study is the modeled financial return for an organization.

KPI study · 12 weeks · 100 adults

Accessible adaptive exercise for chronic disease and limited mobility.

Fun & Moving guided exercise that can begin in bed, continue from a chair, and progress to standing, so people can match the movement to what they can do. This real-world study followed 100 adults with complete PROMIS Physical Function scores at the start, at 6 weeks, and at 12 weeks.

Mean age was 44.7 years. 77 of 100 had at least one chronic condition. 21 used a mobility device. Participants recorded a mean of 181 minutes of Fun & Moving exercise over the 12 weeks. Physical function improved at every check.
